Since childhood, I've been deeply fascinated by technology, leading me to an apprenticeship in electrical engineering and further captivated by mechatronics—a blend of mechanics, electrical engineering, and IT. These fields are essential for crafting innovative solutions and products. My career in project management within the R&D sector, focusing on software and hardware development in automation, has provided me with significant insights into the production landscape. Establishing a branch in Switzerland for an automation company was a career highlight, sharpening my entrepreneurial skills and ability to lead projects from ideation to market launch. Beyond technical expertise, I've learned the critical role of the human element in production. Recognizing that a company's success largely depends on its workforce, I prioritize employee development and satisfaction.
